2024
Serena Segalle was born with a club foot, which made her record breaking status as a 400m sprinter that evermore impressive. Now she's in her thirties and has retired her track shoes along with her world of semi-professional athletics. Regardless of her promising career in physiotherapy, she finds herself struggling to cope in the shadows of her former glory as her affliction with early onset arthritis worsens.

John, a Maltese student with big dreams and a serious lack of sleep has had a busy and exhausting last couple of days. It all takes a toll on him one night whilst driving home from work. His going missing affects a series of coincidental events on the night of the tragedy.
